I first visited Gyu-Kaku in 2012 after a suggestion from a friend. I became hooked, especially for the Harami skirt steak. I became a regular and Happy Hour kept me coming back. Sake and Japanese whiskey have become my go to’s.

I saw that their menus could use a little bit of improvement, so I offered my services. After a little convincing, I shot over 8o images, mostly on white for the menu.
