The Eyes to the Skies Festival in Lisle, Illinois, is one of the biggest July 4th weekend celebrations in the country. With hundreds of local volunteers, they all keep a well maintained celebration full of performers, massive amounts of great food, arts and crafts, musical stage acts, and the extremely popular hot air balloons.
