David and Anna, of RYUU Asian BBQ and Sushi in Logan Square, recently gave me the opportunity to photograph many of their new dishes. They just added Anna’s signature sushi in addition to many Asian dishes and BBQ on the menu. To help them out, I also cut a deal to throw together their new website. I know starting up a new restaurant is a huge challenge and takes time to build up. I wish the absolute best for them and their family.
