Some places that I photograph just blow me away.  Komorebi is one of those places and they just opened last week.  (The owner also has Rollapalooza in Lakeview.)  The interior design is fantastic and the food is incredibly well plated.  I’m a big fan of downtempo electronic music, so the fact that it mingles with the great atmosphere and decor makes for my kind of dining experience.  The food is as delicious as it looks and the spicy garlic edamame is to die for.
