I’ve always been a fan of tiki culture and the love of the tropics ever since I first visited Hawaii as a child. To celebrate, this time of year is perfect for some great tiki mugs. With some accessory purchases from Amazon, orchids, and some dry ice and a fog machine, I was able to get some great shots. The first ones are obvious characters, unless you’ve been living on another planet in the past forty years. These are so many more that Beeline Creative has made. I’ve made an agreement with them to periodically send me some mugs and I’ll take some photos and post them to Instagram. I’m really excited to get more from them! Next up is a couple of mugs I picked up at Three Dots and a Dash. Last, is a drink that David, over at Ryuu Asian BBQ, concocted in a great lucky cat mug. And the final photo is Baby trying to imitate the cat mug, obviously.
