I have officially had a paid freelance gig at my 300th unique restaurant at Swift and Sons. This milestone couldn’t have been at a better place. It was an absolute treat. The management treated me to some delicious food and celebratory champagne.
Appreciation goes out to all the delivery companies, individuals, and restaurant groups that have hired me. I have shot THOUSANDS of dishes at THREE HUNDRED restaurants in TWO years.
