Pritzker has not been popular among restaurant owners. The restrictions in Chicago have been pretty harsh compared to many other States and cities. I haven’t photographed many regular clients since March, since they’ve been closed down. Others have tried to open again, only to close again due to a case of Covid among staff or safety concerns. I can’t even try to imagine the stress of running a restaurant in this climate. Either you close until it all “blows over”, or pay high fees to work with a delivery service. There’s no ideal situation.
I’m happy that Honey Butter Fried Chicken is back… as well as many other people, I’m sure.
