Alex Jimenez of Boulevard fame has sold his business and is opening up a great new food truck, that is yet to be named as of this post. He’s got some of the best wings I’ve tasted and some of the juiciest brisket ever. I need him to just park the truck outside my home. I’ll get fat… I don’t care.

Also, he tossed those wings over 200 times, with many landing on the floor, to get that shot. Worth it.
