Being sent to another city to get photos of some of the most popular foods can be exciting, but it’s also very exhausting. Considering, I’m shooting 350 individual dishes in 3 days, and editing as soon as I return home. This time, it was Miami; mostly South Beach. I got to soak in the ocean view on ONE evening. I had no idea that there are so many restrictions and rules for ocean front dining and drinking. The Ritz Carlton was the only place I could quickly walk to after a shoot to get a relaxing moment. And I basically had the whole patio to myself.
